By accessing or using the Exismic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or 18 where required to form a legally binding contract) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use Exismic responsibly and legally. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer AI models, deploy automated scraping bots, generate illegal or harmful content, bypass platform security features, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
You retain 100% full commercial ownership rights over the original media you upload and all AI outputs generated through your active account on Exismic. Exismic retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, and intellectual property in the underlying software, platform code, and UI architecture.
Exismic Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings, and you will retain full access until the end of your prepaid billing period.
Where legally mandated (such as EU/UK consumer protection laws), you retain a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from initial subscription purchases, provided no subscription credits have been substantially consumed. Credit pack purchases and consumed processing fees are non-refundable.
Your privacy is paramount. Data collection, session storage, and security standards are strictly governed by our official Privacy Policy. By using Exismic, you consent to data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Exismic, please submit a formal written notice containing proof of ownership to legal@exismic.xyz for prompt investigation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform resources, without prior notice or liability.
Exismic is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exismic and its operators disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice of material revisions will be provided via email or in-app notifications. Continued platform usage following published modifications constitutes full acceptance.
