By accessing or using the Exismic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the platform or use any services.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use Exismic responsibly and legally. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer our AI models, use automated scraping tools, distribute malicious content, or use the service for any illegal activities.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the original content you submit and the generations you create using Exismic. Exismic retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying platform, AI architectures, and user interface.
4. Pro Subscriptions & Payments
Exismic Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is critical to us. Our data collection and usage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Exismic, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Exismic is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Exismic or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Exismic after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
